It’s a normal strategy for dealing with new opportunities. But if your strategy is flawed, you’ll continue to feel stuck.Eventually, something will and push you out of your comfort zone. If you don’t have a strategy to deal with new challenges, you may struggle to take control.

It’s time to start initiating.
