Mel started her fitness journey with CrossFit about 10 years ago. She is strong and worked extremely hard in the gym, but it did not matter. Fitness can change many health functions in your body, and there are countless benefits. But it did not change her physical appearance and how she felt about herself.
Hard work, self discipline, and will power are all qualities Mel possess and brings into her life and work everyday. Over time, her mindset has shifted and she has worked hard to continue to show up daily to grow, learn, and improve herself in strive to be her true authentic self.
