Inbody composition analyzer

At Roux Fitness, we pride ourselves on delivering measurable results for our clients. Our goal is to help everyone who walks through our door achieve optimal health. The InBody body composition analyzer is one tool we use to ensure the people we train are progressing in a meaningful way.

Develop A Plan

In under a minute, the scan will determine your body fat percentage, skeletal muscle mass, total body water, and visceral fat level. You will get answers to the following questions:

  • Am I overtraining?
  • What should my target calorie intake be to achieve my goals?
  • Am I at risk for chronic disease?
  • Do I have a muscle imbalance?

Don’t worry. We will help breakdown your results and help you develop a plan to improve the data over time.

Common Questions

How often should I get scans?

We find that it’s best to wait 2-4 weeks to see meaningful change.

How long does the scan take?

While the scan itself takes less than a minute to complete, we will take 10-15 minutes to go over your results with you and answer any questions.

Is there an ideal time to do the scan?

Ideally individuals should complete the scan prior to working out and on an empty stomach. If you do complete your scan post workout or after a full day of eating, just try to make sure the conditions are the same the next time you get scanned.

Is there any reason why I should not get scanned?

InBody scans are not recommended for individuals who have pacemakers, metal implants, or women who are pregnant.
